OUR LEGENDARY SUPPORT — NOW SAFER THAN EVER
We know you like challenges just like we do, yet this Pandemic has been one of the most complex challenges we have been forced to face. Nevertheless, with a great deal of patience and effort, our passion for detail has led us to improve each and every aspect of our trips. Because, in spite of everything, we are committed to continue doing what we do best – delivering extraordinary cycling experiences!
OUR STAFF — HEALTHY AND READY TO WELCOME YOU
Part of our responsibility is to have a healthy team and free of the COVID-19 virus. With this in mind, we will require our staff to take a PCR test within 48 hours of the trip start date. Furthermore, they will be fully briefed on the protocols and safety guidelines recommended by the national authorities of the country where your trip will take place. As always, with our staff you will continue being in the best of hands.
THE BEST HOTELS, NOW ALSO THE SAFEST
We realize that hotels are a key part of our trips. We must eat well and rest in order to take on the challenges of our daily rides. We are working closely with all our hotels to ensure they have implemented the national safety guidelines so that your stay can be as safe, as calm, and as re-energizing as possible. Some of the measures implemented will include ensuring that the meeting rooms have enough space to allow for social distancing, and reducing our group sizes during meal times.
SAFETY DURING MEALTIMES
We will be working with our hotels to ensure you have a safe eating environment at their restaurants. Furthermore, we are also modifying the provision of food during the course of the daily ride to ensure maximum safety guidelines are met whilst giving you the nutrition needed to ensure optimal performance.
MASKS AND HAND SANITIZING WILL BE A MUST
As per the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, the most effective safety measures seem to be the wearing of face masks and hand sanitizing/washing. As part of our continued effort to keep you safe, we will require you to wear a mask at all times (with the exception of the rides and meals). We will also be providing hand sanitizer to ensure the maximum cleanliness of hands. This new safety protocol has only one objective – to keep you and our staff safe.
BIKE HANDLING PROTOCOLS
In order to prevent any risks related to the bike-handling, we will ask each client to be in charge of their own bike. If you need mechanical assistance, we ask that you follow the guidelines the mechanic will give you to ensure the safety measures are maintained. During the build-up bike process our mechanic will be on hand to help if required. He will be wearing gloves and mask at all times, and sanitizing his bike tools continuously. If you are bringing your own bike please remember to bring your own tools. If you have a mechanical issue to solve during the course of your trip, we will have a daily schedule for the mechanic to allocate a time slot to fix your bike. Your bike will be sanitized after any mechanical repair.
A MORE FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has generated a great deal of uncertainty with regards to travel, consequently we’ve made our Cancellation Policy much more flexible for you to enjoy a greater peace of mind when booking one of our trips. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
