Tour de France bicycle touring HC KOM climbs VIP race viewing bucket list

Greetings live from the Tour de France and welcome to a guest’s-eye-view of our 2017 Tour de France packages.  We say “packages” in the plural, since we have 5 different Tour experiences on offer. Each brings its own own mixture of grueling climbs, VIP stage viewings and special opportunities to the Biggest Party on Two Wheels, from the Pyrenees to the Alps to the heart-pounding finale in Paris. Not to mention historic accommodations, amazing food and wine, and the company of riders as passionate about cycling as you are.

Staff warm-up and orientation. It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it.

“So when we get here, I’ll turn to the guests and say ‘I knew we shoulda taken that left turn at Albuquerque. And we’ll see if anybody laughs.”

Here’s how it works. Every day (or so) we’ll put up a new gallery of images showing Le Tour exactly as you would experience it as a TBT guest: the climbs, the race drama and stage views, the challenges, culture, and occasional tomfoolery. Everything from initial staff preparation to viewing the finale from our VIP seats on the Champs-Elysees.

It’s the next best thing to being there. Plus if you’d like to join us for one of next year’s Tour de France packages, you can make no-obligation advance reservations ($100 deposit, fully refundable) for our 218 tours. Space does fill up fast, so advance reservations will make it more likely you’ll get your top choice of dates and itinerary.
