Ride from coast to coast! Cross the magnificent Pyrenees from the Mediterranean to the Atlantic, conquering classic Tour de France climbs the whole way!

Discover the sheer beauty of one of Europe's most celebrated cycling terrain. We've designed a sensational, challenging route that conquers iconic Grand Tour climbs like the Col du Tourmalet, Col d'Aubisque, and Port de Pailheres. The 950 km trek ends with a ceremonious dip in the Atlantic Ocean in the beautiful coastal town of Hendaye. Long after you return home, you’ll fondly remember the trademark cowbells that echo throughout the Pyrenees mountains!

NEW Itinerary in 2016 - Girona start, 1 extra day

Our Trans-Pyrenees Challenge is extended by an extra day and features a freshly designed route that starts in the renowned cycling hub of Girona!

The trip kicks off with a classic warm-up ride over the famous Els Angels climb in Girona, a favorite with all the professional riders who live in Girona. From Girona we head into the Pyrenees over the 30km Col de la Creueta, often used in the Vuelta a Espana.

We've included an extra day in the Ariege region of the Pyrenees to ride Tour de France favorites such as the Port de Lers, the Col d'Agnes and the Col de la Core.

We're always looking to improve our routes and we hope you enjoy the latest evolution of this classic trip!
