The Thomson Bike Tours Advance Reservation System was designed to offer a booking advantage to riders who are serious about securing their spot on any of our future tours.
How it works:
1. While we are still in the preparation phase of a trip you can register your interest by submitting an advance reservation accompanied by a $100 deposit.
2. When the trip details are finalized we contact everyone on the advance reservation list and offer them priority booking before opening up bookings to the general public.
If we have more advance reservations than we have available spots we will process the advance reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis (based on the date the advance reservation was made).
3. If you decide to book the trip we will ask you for an additional $400 deposit to confirm your booking.
4. If you decide not to book the trip we will cancel your advance reservation and immediately refund your $100 advance reservation deposit.
